gimp-gluas software package provides Lua environment plug-in for GIMP, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gimp-gluas
gimp-gluas is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gimp-gluas package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gimp-gluas *
You will get with gimp-gluas package name, version, architecture and description in a table
